SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 CAD

Calgary Local Delivery: We offer local delivery options for Calgary customers. Contact us for details.

Shipping Carriers We ship via Canada Post and other trusted carriers to ensure your natural skincare products arrive safely.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Product Care During Shipping Our natural skincare products are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. However, please note:

  • Do not leave products in a hot car or mailbox for extended periods
  • Bring packages inside promptly, especially during extreme temperatures
  • Natural ingredients may be sensitive to heat

International Shipping We currently ship within Canada. International shipping options are coming soon.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
